Information We Collect
We collect information needed to operate the service, including firm account details, staff user details, client case tracking fields entered by the firm, payment identifiers from Stripe, support messages, and technical logs.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide firm workspaces, process billing, display case status workflows, send service messages, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, and improve the product.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on Case Tracker Pro servers.
Government Affiliation
Case Tracker Pro is not affiliated with USCIS or any government agency. Case status information is informational and does not replace legal advice or official government records.
