These terms apply to Case Tracker Pro, operated by Taptastiq LLC, Columbus, OH based. Contact: hello@uscasetracker.pro.

Service

Case Tracker Pro provides workflow tools for immigration law offices to organize case status tracking, client-facing links, and related firm activity. The service is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.

Firm Responsibility

The subscribing firm is responsible for the accuracy of data it enters, client permissions, staff access, legal advice given to clients, and any actions taken based on case status information.

Government Affiliation

Case Tracker Pro is not affiliated with USCIS or any government agency. Firms should verify important status information against official government sources when needed.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Plan features, limits, and prices may change for future billing periods. Cancellation and billing management will be handled through the Stripe customer portal or support until the portal is fully automated.
